I think the pizza will cook in the oven during this time! Except for the oven preheating time. And you don’t have to put everything in order... Besides, not everyone has an oven. True, there is another pizza recipe for the microwave and it really only takes 5-15 minutes. Here it is

For breakfast, I made homemade pizza in the microwave quickly. The dough is kneaded very simply and sufficiently. The resulting quantity was enough for two pizzas with a diameter of 24 cm. I stretched the pizza base with my hands directly on a microwave dish, having previously greased it with vegetable oil. I started making the first pizza immediately after kneading the dough, but I put the second half of the dough in the refrigerator for half an hour. It was much easier to work with the rested dough; it was more elastic, softer and more pliable. I cooked my first pizza following the time specified in the recipe. The base turned out to be dried out in some places. like a cracker. When making the second pizza, I cut all the suggested time frames in half. It turned out much better this way. The base was baked, but remained soft. Overall, I liked the recipe. The breakfast was very tasty. The main thing is to choose the cooking time for your microwave. Thank you very much for the recipe!

And I fry the pizza base in a frying pan on both sides. I transfer the finished “pancake” to a plate, with sausage, vegetables, and cheese on top. And in the microwave for 6-7 minutes. Once prepared, you can add mayonnaise and ketchup to your taste. That's faster! True, I don’t make the dough myself, but I buy special flour for pizzas.

Cool recipe, I'll use it! And what I like most is when the dough is made with kefir, it turns out very tender and airy. I tried something very similar at Pizza Empire, although I don’t know what it’s made from, but it’s very tasty, I don’t even remember what the filling was, the dough captivated me so much.
