STEP 1
How to make pizza in a frying pan with kefir in 10 minutes? Prepare your ingredients. First for the test. Take kefir with a high percentage of fat content, then the dough will turn out softer, fluffier and tasty. Beat chicken eggs into a bowl, add salt. Whisk the ingredients until the egg mixture has a smooth consistency.

Pour in kefir, add half a teaspoon of soda so that the pizza base rises well.

Stir the mixture.

Add the sifted wheat flour and knead the dough, mixing the mixture well with a spoon so that there are no lumps of flour left. The dough should be a little thicker in consistency than pancakes. You may need a little less or more flour. Leave the dough on the table aside while you prepare the ingredients for the filling.

You can use boiled, smoked or semi-smoked sausage, whichever you prefer. Cut it into cubes or strips.

Wash the tomatoes, dry them, cut out the place where the stalk attaches. Cut the tomatoes into thin slices.
STEP 7
Peel the onions and cut into rings or halves of rings. I took purple, but regular onion will do.
STEP 8
Hard cheese can be used of any type, the main thing is that it is of high quality, without milk fat substitutes and melts well. Grate the cheese on a medium grater.

Combine mayonnaise and ketchup in a bowl and mix well.
STEP 10
Grease the frying pan with vegetable oil. Pour the prepared dough into the pan. Gently apply ketchup and mayonnaise sauce on top using a pastry brush. Sprinkle the pizza base with cubes of sausage, place onion rings and tomato slices on it. To decorate the pizza, you can use other ingredients to taste, for example, olives or chopped pickled cucumbers, boiled eggs and other things to taste.
STEP 11
Sprinkle grated hard cheese on top of the pizza. Place the pan with the pizza over low heat. Cover the pan with a lid and fry the pizza, covered, for about 10 minutes. Then remove the lid, let the cheese melt and the base brown. The times are approximate as they will depend on the stove and pan you choose.
STEP 12
Remove the pizza from the pan and serve immediately. Bon appetit!
