Ella Wilson

As a child, my grandmother's kitchens were always filled with the aromas of fresh baked goods and homemade jam. These moments were real lessons of love and care that inspired me to experiment in the kitchen. Growing up, I discovered cuisines from different countries: Thai spices, Italian pastas, Indian curries. Every recipe is a story and my dream is for everyone to feel confident in the kitchen. My goal is to show that cooking is accessible to everyone and simple dishes can bring a family together, just like it did for me as a child.

I graduated from the faculty of Culinary Arts and Hospitality at Vancouver Island University.
