STEP 1

How to make school cutlets? Prepare your food. It is better to take minced meat from a mixture of beef and pork, then the cutlets will be more juicy. Take yesterday's bread, which is already a little stale.
STEP 2

In a bowl, pour milk over the broken white bread. When the bread swells and absorbs the milk, knead it with your hands, a spoon or a blender into a homogeneous mass. Combine the bread mixture with the minced meat and stir. Peel and chop the onion in any convenient way - with a knife, grater, chopper. Add the onion to the minced meat, add salt and ground black pepper. Stir the minced meat thoroughly until the spices are well mixed.
STEP 3

Eggs are not added to school cutlets, the bread mass diluted in milk glues the minced meat well and the cutlets do not crumble during heat treatment. With your hands dipped in cold water, form cutlets of the desired size, oblong or round. Pour flour for breading into a separate plate and roll the cutlets in it on all sides.
STEP 4
