I really wanted to cook cutlets in some unusual way. On my favorite website I found a recipe for Cutlets with cabbage and minced meat. But the only cabbage in the house was cauliflower. The decision was made to add it. I haven’t tried it with white cabbage (I think there’s more to come), but with cauliflower it turned out to be delicately delicious. We made the minced meat ourselves from pork and chicken thigh fillets, adding onions and spices. Not only was there a place to put the cauliflower that was bored in the freezer, but the cutlets turned out to be very appetizing - tender on the inside, on the outside they are covered with a ruddy, so inviting crust.
