STEP 1

Peel the top unpresentable leaves from the white cabbage forks and cut out the stalk. Cut the cabbage into pieces and pass them through a meat grinder or chop them using a blender. Peel the onions and cut into small cubes. Place the minced meat in a bowl, it is better to use a mixture of pork and beef in equal proportions, the cutlets will be juicy, tender and tasty. Add minced cabbage, onions, spices to taste to the minced meat, I took salt and ground black pepper. Mix the mixture thoroughly.
STEP 4
Also beat a chicken egg into the bowl; it is needed to “hold” the minced meat together so that the cutlets do not fall apart during frying. Wash the egg with baking soda first, as there may be harmful bacteria on its surface. Mix the minced meat until the mixture has a homogeneous consistency.
STEP 5
To ensure that the ingredients are well combined and saturated with spices, it is better to put the cooked minced meat in the refrigerator for half an hour.
STEP 6
Then, with wet hands, form small patties. Roll them on both sides in flour. If desired, flour can be replaced with breadcrumbs.
STEP 7

Then pour a small amount of water into the pan. Cover the pan with a lid and fry the cutlets for about 25 minutes over medium heat. Delicious cabbage cutlets with minced meat are ready.
