    You can use store-bought ready-made minced meat or grind it in a meat grinder from fresh meat. The tastiest dish will be made from minced beef and pork in equal proportions.

I decided to cook buckwheat with minced meat in the oven for dinner. The buckwheat was pre-cooked. Add chopped onion, buckwheat, egg, salt, meat seasoning to the minced meat and mix well. Formed the buckwheat and fried it in a frying pan on both sides. I put the buckwheat noodles in a mold, added tomato sauce and baked them in the oven for 10 minutes.
