    Prepare a flat plate with wheat flour. In a separate bowl, mix the main ingredients: minced meat, grated carrots, half-cooked rice, raw chicken egg. Salt and pepper everything.

    Start preparing the gravy. In a separate bowl, mix sour cream, tomato paste and flour. Pour a glass of water into them and add salt. Mix thoroughly again to obtain a homogeneous mixture without lumps.

There were thoughts about what to make from minced meat, I found this recipe and obviously liked it, as the result showed - I was not mistaken. It turned out very tasty, but apparently I used a little too much flour or there was not enough water. We ate the meatballs with pleasure and a vegetable salad.
