    STEP 1

How to make meatballs in tomato paste with rice in a frying pan? Prepare the following ingredients. I have mixed minced meat - pork and chicken, you can use whatever you like. The rice must be boiled until half cooked: to do this, rinse the rice, add hot water, wait until the rice begins to boil (over medium heat) and turn off the heat

  2. STEP 2

    STEP 2

In a deep bowl, mix the selected minced meat, rice boiled until half cooked, finely chopped onions (pre-peeled), one egg, salt, pepper and spices to taste. Knead everything very thoroughly with your hands until smooth.

  3. STEP 3

    STEP 3

With wet hands, pinch off small pieces from the total mass of minced meat and roll them into small round meatballs, place them in the pan in which they will be cooked. It is better to choose a deep frying pan, with a non-stick coating, and a lid of a suitable diameter. You will learn the subtleties of choosing a frying pan and oil for frying by reading the articles at the end of this recipe.

  4. STEP 4

    STEP 4

Peel the onions and carrots, wash and chop: grate the carrots on a coarse grater, chop the onion. Fry the carrots and onions until soft in a frying pan with oil. In a deep bowl, combine tomato paste, sugar, flour, salt, pepper and spices to taste, mix thoroughly. Add warm water and stir everything. Add the cooled fried onions and carrots to the tomato sauce and stir.

  5. STEP 5

    STEP 5

Pour the tomato sauce and vegetables over the meatballs. Add bay leaf. Cover the pan with a lid and place on low heat. Once the sauce comes to a boil, move the meatballs around a bit to prevent them from burning. Cover the pan with a lid and simmer for 30 minutes until the vegetables are tender.

  6. STEP 6

    STEP 6

Meatballs with tomato paste in a frying pan are ready. Serve them hot as a separate dish. Avoid hot spices; these meatballs with rice are perfect for diet and baby food.

I was looking on my favorite website for something tasty and light from minced meat for a child. I immediately liked this dish, as there is no sour cream in the gravy and it is very easy to prepare. It turns out to be a self-sufficient dish that does not require a side dish; there is meat, cereals and vegetables. I made meatballs in tomato paste with rice in a frying pan according to this recipe. I took round rice and boiled it in advance. I used store-bought chicken mince. I also added ground coriander as a spice. I made small balls and fried them. Separately, I made tomato sauce as described in the recipe. I stewed the meatballs in the sauce in a frying pan. She served the child meat balls with pasta, pouring sauce over it. Delicious! The meatballs turned out tender, juicy and soft, and the sauce was thick and tasty, just like in a kindergarten. Great recipe! I will cook this way again and recommend it to everyone. Many thanks to the author!
