I made homemade noodles with pork for two, so I made a little dough for the noodles. I kneaded it by taking one egg, a little water and a pinch of salt. I beat everything together, then began to add sifted flour little by little until the dough became thick. I cut the finished dough into strips, boiled it in salted water. I cut the pork into pieces, fried it until golden brown, added carrots and onions to the pan, and a little later bell pepper and tomato. Simmer the meat with a little water under the lid until done. The result was a lot of aromatic, rather thick and uniform meat gravy; cutting the vegetables into small cubes played a role here. I mixed everything in my plate thoroughly so that the gravy coated the noodles, it turned out very tasty. I especially liked the spicy tomato sourness and the fresh note of pepper. I also liked the mild taste of the noodles. Thank you very much for the recipe!
