Homemade noodles with pork

Step-by-step preparation
STEP 1
Let's prepare the ingredients according to the list. Wash the pork thoroughly, dry it with paper towels, cut the meat into small cubes, rinse again, and let the water drain.

Wash the carrots, peel and cut into small cubes.
STEP 3
Peel the onions and finely chop them with a knife.
STEP 4
Wash the tomatoes, cut out the place where the stalk attaches, cut the pulp into cubes or grind using a blender.
STEP 5
Wash the bell pepper, cut out the stalk with the seed pod, cut the flesh of the pepper into strips or cubes, as you like.
STEP 6
Pour vegetable oil into the frying pan. Heat it up, put the meat in the oil, fry it over medium heat, stirring with a spatula, until golden brown.
STEP 7
Add cooked carrots and onions to the meat, mix, fry the meat and vegetables for about 10 minutes.

Then put the bell pepper in the frying pan, stir and keep on the fire for another 5 minutes.
STEP 9
Cooked tomatoes go into the pan next. Add salt and ground black pepper to taste. Stir, pour a few tablespoons of water into the pan; if the tomatoes have been pureed, then you don’t need to add anything. Cover the pan with a lid and simmer the pork and vegetables over low heat for about 20 minutes. The meat is ready.
STEP 10
While the meat is cooking, boil the noodles until tender. You can use ready-made noodles or make your own. To do this, beat a chicken egg into a bowl, add salt, shake the egg until it is completely dispersed. Pour in cold clean water and mix. Add sifted wheat flour.
STEP 11
Knead into a thick, elastic dough. To make it more manageable in work, we put it in cling film in the refrigerator for half an hour.
STEP 12
Roll out the dough onto a flour-dusted work surface into a thin layer and cut into long narrow strips.
STEP 13
Boil the noodles in salted water over medium heat for about 10 minutes, from the moment the water boils.
STEP 14
Place noodles in a bowl or plate, top with meat and vegetables. Bon appetit!
