Pasta with tomatoes
To prepare a delicious pasta with tomatoes in the form in which its creators (namely the Italians) intended it, you will also need: basil, garlic, olive oil and salt. From these ingredients, a deliciously light and simple dish is prepared, suitable for various occasions and dietary restrictions. First, heat the oil in a frying pan with a clove of garlic, which will impart all its aroma. Then the cherry tomatoes, cut into two halves, are stewed over high heat for about two minutes. Salt and simmer on low heat for another 10 minutes. Once they have reduced to a sort of reduced sauce, fresh basil is added. Lastly, pasta cooked al dente in salted water.
This is the very basis of the dish, which can be supplemented and varied to your taste by adding a variety of products: cheese, onions, bell peppers, mushrooms, olives, spinach. You can even use minced meat.
Instead of cherry tomatoes, take regular or canned tomatoes, sauce, juice with fruits, or Russian horseradish. Puree them in a blender until smooth, chop them smaller or larger, peel them or leave them on. You can add fresh tomatoes, cut into beautiful quarters, to the dish, it will turn out no less tasty.
