I decided to make a hot dish for lunch, the preparation of which would not take much time, quickly fry something, boil it. I prepared spaghetti with tomatoes and minced meat. As a result, I saved time and received gratitude from my husband. But, really, everything is very simple. One - boiled the spaghetti. Two - fried the onion and, while it was still half-raw, added ready-made minced pork and salt to it (fried under the lid). Three - grated the tomato on a coarse grater, added the pulp to the minced meat, first fried under the lid for 7 minutes , and then without a lid for 3 minutes so that excess moisture evaporates. Four - I added spaghetti to the prepared minced meat and mixed everything. The dish turned out very tasty, aromatic, the meat was soft, with tomato sourness. Many thanks to the author for the recipe! I will cook it again and again.
