I prepared pollock onions, carrots, tomato paste. Prepared pieces of pollock were fried in flour breading. While the fish was frying, I chopped the onions and carrots and added the chopped vegetables to the fish. For the sauce, I decided to add ready-made ketchup to the sour cream instead of tomato paste, for a more spicy and rich taste. Pour the resulting sauce over the fish and vegetables and simmer until done. Delicious!!! Thanks for the recipe, naniki!

Today I made pollock stewed with onions, carrots and tomato paste. This is another simple pollock dish for my stash! Pollock has a number of advantages, for which it is a frequent guest on our table. I like this fish because it is small-boned with pleasant white flesh, and it does not have a strong smell, and it is also a very reasonable price. Using this recipe, I got a ready-made lunch right away - fish in vegetable sauce. You can even eat it just like that. But for those at home, I added a side dish of boiled potatoes. Thanks for the recipe!
