Pasta with chicken in tomato sauce

Remove the skin from the chicken thighs and cut out the bone. Cut the pulp into small cubes.
STEP 3
Cut the onion, carrots and bell pepper into medium cubes.
STEP 4
Heat 2 tbsp in a frying pan. l. vegetable oil and fry the chicken for 3-4 minutes, the chicken pieces should lighten. Add onions and carrots, fry for a few minutes.
STEP 5
Cut the mushrooms into thin slices.
STEP 6
Add peppers and mushrooms to the pan, stir and pour in tomato juice. Simmer over low heat for 20-25 minutes.
STEP 7
Finely chop the greens and garlic, add them to the frying pan with the chicken and vegetables, stir, season with salt and pepper and remove from the heat.
STEP 8
Boil pasta (any type) in plenty of salted water until tender.
STEP 9
Place a portion of pasta on a plate, place chicken in sauce on top and serve. Bon appetit!
