STEP 1
How to bake macaroni with cheese and tomatoes in the oven? Very simple. To begin, prepare the necessary ingredients according to the list. You can use any pasta - horns, bows, shells, etc., the main thing is that it is made from durum wheat and of good quality.
STEP 2
Boil the pasta in plenty of salted water until al dente, that is, 1 minute less than indicated on the package). The pasta cooked in this way remains slightly hard in the very middle. It will finish cooking in the oven. Important! Be sure to stir the pasta occasionally to prevent it from sticking to the bottom of the pan.
STEP 3
While the pasta is cooking, prepare the remaining ingredients. Wash the tomatoes, dry and cut into slices. Choose tomatoes that are juicy but firm. Soft fruits do not hold their shape well; during cutting and cooking, they will spread into a shapeless mass and spoil the appearance of the dish.

Cut the cheese into thin slices or grate it on a coarse grater. You can take sliced cheese. Any cheese for the salad is suitable, from regular Russian to mozzarella or processed. The main thing is that the cheese is tasty, without dyes.

Place the pasta in a colander and let all the water drain.

Place the pasta back into the pan, add the butter and mix well. Taste the pasta and, if necessary, add salt and pepper to your liking.

Place half of the pasta in a greased baking dish. Place some tomatoes on top.

Place half of the cheese on the tomatoes.

Repeat layers of remaining pasta, tomatoes and cheese. Place pasta in oven preheated to 180°C for 15-20 minutes until cheese melts.
