After the water boils, add salt, then the pasta and cook until done (check the packaging for cooking time). Drain the water. No need to rinse the pasta! Pasta made from durum wheat does not stick together!

    Peel the tomatoes (to do this, you can put them in boiling water for a few seconds). Fry finely chopped garlic and tomatoes in oil until the juice from the tomatoes begins to boil. Then add green beans to the sauce, reduce the heat and simmer the sauce for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add salt, black pepper and season with dry oregano.
