  1. STEP 1

    STEP 1

Let's prepare the ingredients for minced meat stacks under a fur coat. You can use any minced meat according to your taste and availability, from poultry, beef, pork or mixed. It’s better to grind the minced meat yourself using a meat grinder from fresh meat, then you can be absolutely sure of the quality of the product. Add salt and ground black pepper to the bowl with minced meat and mix.

  2. STEP 2

    STEP 2

Wash the potatoes, peel them, grate them on a medium grater. Add salt and ground black pepper, stir the potato mixture.

  3. STEP 3

    STEP 3

Peel the onions, finely chop them with a knife. Wash the carrots, peel them, grate them on a medium grater. Grate the hard cheese on a fine grater.

  4. STEP 4

    STEP 4

Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan. Fry the prepared onions and carrots in vegetable oil until lightly browned. Remove the fried vegetables from the pan.

  5. STEP 5

    STEP 5

You can use any wild mushrooms or champignons. Wash the mushrooms, finely chop them with a knife and fry until tender in the vegetable oil remaining after frying the vegetables in a frying pan.

  6. STEP 6

    STEP 6

Grease the baking dish with vegetable oil. Using hands moistened with water, form the minced meat into flat cakes and make a small indentation in the center of each. Place the minced meat cakes in a baking dish.

  7. STEP 7

    STEP 7

Spoon some fried mushrooms onto each flatbread. Place potatoes and fried vegetables on top. To make the dish especially juicy and tender, you can add a tablespoon of sour cream or mayonnaise to the roasted vegetables.

  8. STEP 8

    STEP 8

Sprinkle the dish with grated hard cheese. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Cover the pan with foil and place in the oven for 25 minutes. Then remove the foil from the pan and let the cheese melt and brown in the oven.

  9. STEP 9

    STEP 9

To do this, it is enough to leave the dish in the oven for 5 minutes; you should not leave the dish in the oven longer, so as not to dry out the stacks. Serve the stacks under a fur coat to the table. Bon appetit!

I like meat baked with vegetables, mushrooms and cheese. Therefore, when I visit the site, I always pay attention to such recipes and try, if possible, to cook according to them. Today I made stacks of minced meat under a fur coat in the oven, which turned out very tasty. Each layer of “fur coat” brought something different to the taste of the dish, and everything together “sounded” very harmoniously. The stacks turned out soft and juicy. Finely grated potatoes, mayonnaise (replaced sour cream) and fried vegetables (onions and carrots) helped with this. The latter also gave a special taste. In general, the frying went well with all the ingredients of the dish and decorated it very much. So, in any case, it seems to me, since I really love fried carrots and onions. Thank you very much for the recipe!
