    Sprinkle the potatoes with grated cheese. Place the pan in an oven preheated to 180°C for 40 minutes. You may have to adjust the cooking time and temperature in the oven up or down, since any technique has its own characteristics. Take this into account! I also advise you to immediately cover the pan with foil so that everything inside is well baked and the cheese does not burn. After 30-40 minutes, remove the foil and cook until the cheese gets a golden brown crust.
