  1. STEP 1

    STEP 1

How to bake meat with mushrooms and cheese in the oven? Prepare the necessary ingredients for this. You can use any meat - pork, beef, veal. I will cook with pork. Choose any cheese to suit your taste, the main thing is that it is easy to grate.

  2. STEP 2

    STEP 2

Heat the frying pan until hot and pour a little vegetable oil on it. Cut the pork into small pieces and place in a heated frying pan. Fry it on all sides until golden brown. Salt the meat a little. When frying in a hot frying pan, the meat will be sealed on all sides, which will allow all its juices to remain inside the pieces.

  3. STEP 3

    STEP 3

For baking, prepare a heat-resistant form. It can be ceramic, glass or metal. Grease the bottom of the mold with a small amount of vegetable oil. Peel the onions and rinse in cold water. Then finely chop the onion and distribute evenly over the bottom of the prepared pan.

  4. STEP 4

    STEP 4

    Next add the fried meat.

  5. STEP 5

    STEP 5

Peel the potatoes and rinse them in running water to remove any dirt. Cut the peeled potatoes into slices.

  6. STEP 6

    STEP 6

Place the sliced potatoes in the next layer over the meat and brush it with a small amount of mayonnaise. If desired, mayonnaise can be replaced with sour cream. Sprinkle the potatoes with a little salt and spices.

  7. STEP 7

    STEP 7

Wash fresh champignons in cold water and cut into slices. You can leave a few champignons for decoration. Place the chopped champignons all over the potatoes.

  8. STEP 8

    STEP 8

Then generously sprinkle the entire contents with grated cheese. Place the pan in the oven, preheated to 190 degrees, for 45-50 minutes (approximately). Be guided by your oven. About 15-20 minutes before the end of cooking, place several champignons on the surface of the cheese for decoration.

  9. STEP 9

    STEP 9

The finished dish will smell very appetizing. The cheese on the surface will completely melt and begin to brown. You can serve it directly in the form or arrange it on plates. Bon appetit!

I liked the recipe for its selection of favorite products and ease of preparation. I mixed the onion with the meat after frying, mixed the potatoes with mayonnaise in a separate bowl, then put it on the meat. This way it soaks in the sauce better and more evenly. I don’t wash mushrooms (champignons), I just wipe them gently with a cloth or sponge. I had medium-sized mushrooms, given that they shrink greatly in size when cooked, I just cut them in half. I baked it in the oven for 40 minutes, then sprinkled it with grated cheese and cooked for another 15 minutes. If you immediately sprinkle cheese, it can burn within 50 minutes. The aroma is amazing! The dish turned out to be aromatic, satisfying, homemade, and very tasty! I definitely recommend this recipe for both homemade lunch and dinner and for the holiday table.

One of my favorite recipes. This is a classic. Speed, accessibility, and taste are the key to the constant success of this recipe. The products needed for cooking are most often always available at home, which means there is no need to run anywhere and buy. Take it and cook. This dish is good for both a family dinner and a holiday table. Especially when guests suddenly arrived unexpectedly. I cut everything up and put it in the oven. True, I put the meat first, and then everything else, but your option seemed much more interesting to me. I'll definitely cook it.
