STEP 1
How to make thin crust pizza without yeast in the oven? Measure out the required ingredients for the dough. Heat the water until slightly warm.

Sift the flour through a sieve into a wide bowl in which it will be convenient to knead the dough. Thanks to sifting, it will be saturated with oxygen, and the finished dough will be more tender.

In a separate bowl, beat the egg with a fork or whisk until smooth.

Make a well in the flour, pour in the beaten egg and mix lightly.

Add warm water.

Then add olive oil to make the dough softer and more elastic.

Mix everything first with a spoon, then knead the dough with your hands. Wrap it in cling film or cover with a towel and leave to “rest” for 30 minutes. During this time, the gluten will swell and the dough will become more pliable.

For tomato sauce, you can use any spices and herbs you want. Homemade sauce can be replaced with ketchup or another sauce option.

Peel the garlic and cut into thin slices.

In a small frying pan, lightly heat the olive oil and place the garlic cloves on it. Simmer the garlic over low heat, turning, for about 1 minute. This will give the oil a light piquant aroma. If you want to enhance the spicy taste of the sauce, you can chop the garlic more finely or grate it. Remove the garlic from the pan.

Add tomato paste to the pan and stir. Warm the paste over low heat for about 1 minute, stirring.

Pour water into the pan and stir.

Add salt, sugar, basil and mix again. Bring the sauce to a boil.

Simmer the sauce over low heat until thickened, about 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally. Remove the pan from the heat, cover with a lid and let the sauce sit for a while.

Prepare the ingredients for the filling. They can be anything depending on desires and tastes. Use the prepared tomato sauce when it has cooled. You can use any cheese. Turn on the oven at 200 degrees in advance.
