I also know a version of noodles with chicken and vegetables. It turns out to be a self-sufficient dish. I'll have to try it with homemade noodles, I think it will be a hundred times tastier.

My husband bought a noodle cutter, and I immediately decided to try it out. For this I chose a recipe for homemade noodles with vegetables. I used the vegetables that were available: carrots, tomatoes, bell peppers and onions. The noodles are mixed simply and quickly. I took the egg category C1. I used 30 grams more flour than indicated in the recipe. The dough turned out dense, but at the same time elastic and pliable. After cutting the dough into noodles, I left it to dry. This was the first time I made noodles myself and I was in a hurry. I let the noodles dry for 30 minutes, which was not enough. So the noodles stuck together a little when cooked. Next time I will increase the drying time to an hour. The noodles with vegetables turned out very appetizing, with a rich taste. I liked making my own noodles and will make them again.
