STEP 1
Preparing the ingredients. Remove the butter from the refrigerator in advance so that it is softened before you start working.
STEP 2
Beat softened butter with sugar.
STEP 3
Add two medium-sized chicken eggs to the mixture.
STEP 4
Beat with a mixer until smooth.
STEP 5
Add sifted flour mixed with baking powder. Mix.
STEP 6
The dough has a consistency like cream, not very thick and not runny.
STEP 7
Spoon the dough into a greased pan; it is better to take a springform pan, then it will be easier to remove the sponge cake. Level the dough over the surface with a metal spoon soaked in ice water. Thanks to this, the biscuit will turn out smooth and bake well.
STEP 8
Place raspberries on top. During baking, the berries will sink into the dough.
STEP 9
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Bake the pie for 25 minutes until golden brown.
STEP 10
Remove the cake from the mold.
STEP 11
Serve with tea, coffee or milk. The pie is delicious both hot and cold. Enjoy your tea!
