I really love simple recipes, such as Quick bread in the oven with yeast. More than simple recipes, I just love good results. There is both here and more! Simple ingredients, a minimum of effort and time, and the end result is beautiful, aromatic, crispy, incredibly soft and tasty bread! And all this despite the fact that I forgot to sprinkle water/milk before baking.

This is not the first time I have baked bread using this recipe 🥖. It turns out well👍🏻 even though I’m a beginner baker. The whole family decided not to buy store-bought anymore, since it turns out so tasty and quickly. This time I took 90 grams of premium wheat flour, as much as I had🤷‍♀️ and 230 whole grain. That’s probably why it’s so dark☺️, as they say - “I made it out of what I had”😆, but still delicious.😋Now there’s always fresh baked goods for breakfast for sandwiches with butter and jam or for lunch with soup. Thanks to the author for his work and the recipe!💐

Thanks for the recipe!!! The bread turns out very tasty with a crispy, aromatic crust and airy inside. The main thing, as with any recipe, is to follow the grams! I cooked at the rate of 11 grams. yeast and baked in a mold with a diameter of 23 cm in a gas oven. I’ve tried other recipes before, but now this is my favorite❤️

Super! - that's an understatement! I am a cook at heart, I can make complex recipes, but his simplicity amazed me. I added about 10% whole wheat flour. The dough turns out a little runny for me, but it doesn’t stick to my hands. Very tasty, retains its shape when removed, tasty and easy to prepare, flies apart with a bang. And with butter 🤤. I went on a diet, it’s called 😂
