STEP 1
How to bake quick bread in the oven with yeast? Prepare all the necessary ingredients. Mix the dry products: sift the flour into a deep bowl through a fine sieve (this will enrich it with oxygen and the baking will be more fluffy), add salt, sugar and dry yeast. STEP 2
Pour in warm water (the water temperature should be no more than 40 degrees, otherwise the yeast will die and the baked goods will not rise) and sunflower oil. Knead the dough.
STEP 3
The dough for homemade bread made with dry yeast is soft and pliable. Keep in mind that flour comes in different densities and you may need a little less or more. Leave in a warm, draft-free place to allow the dough to rise well.
STEP 4
In half an hour my dough increased 3 times.
STEP 5
Punch down the dough and form into a loaf or loaf. You can make cuts on top with a knife. Leave the bread in a warm place to proof for another 15-20 minutes. Then sprinkle with milk or water. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees and bake a simple quick bread for about 20-25 minutes. The times indicated are approximate; be guided by the operating characteristics of your oven. You need to bake until the top is golden. My bread took 25 minutes to bake. Cool the bread on a wire rack.
