Turn on the oven to preheat to 180 degrees, as the bread dough kneads very quickly.

    Grease the selected bread pan with butter and sprinkle with flour. Shake off excess flour and put the pan in the refrigerator. You can also use baking paper. If you have a silicone mold, then you do not need to grease it or line it with paper.

    Peel two bananas completely from skin and excess fibers, break them into a deep bowl. Beat in the eggs one at a time. Be sure to wash your eggs before using them, as even seemingly clean shells can harbor harmful bacteria. It is best to use food grade detergents and a brush. Mash the bananas with a fork and mix them with the eggs.

    Remove the baking dish from the refrigerator and pour the prepared dough into it. Shake the mold with the dough slightly so that it spreads more tightly into the mold. Peel the remaining banana and cut lengthwise into two parts. Place the halves cut side up directly on the dough, you can deepen them slightly. Place the pan with banana bread in a preheated oven for 40 minutes. Check readiness with a wooden skewer - it should come out dry from the middle of the bread.

Thank you very much for the recipe! I did everything the same as in the recipe, but I used rye flour and brown sugar. I baked the bread at 180C° for about an hour so that it was baked in the middle and rose a lot! Smells great, but the bananas on top are hard

I love quick recipes. This is one of those. All the ingredients are always in the kitchen. While preparing the egg-banana mass, I beat it with a mixer for greater homogeneity and bake the bread for 50-55 minutes. this way it turns out with a crispier crust. Fans of hot baked goods need to be patient, as this bread reveals its full flavor only after it has completely cooled. Despite its simplicity, this recipe will pleasantly surprise you.
