STEP 1

How to bake a lush cupcake with kefir in the oven? Take all the necessary ingredients. Immediately turn on the oven to preheat at 180 degrees.
STEP 2

Beat the eggs into a deep bowl. Add sugar, vanilla sugar and beat the mixture until white using a mixer. Before using, wash eggs with baking soda under running water, as there may be harmful bacteria on their surface.
STEP 3

Pour vegetable oil into a bowl.
STEP 4

Next, pour in kefir. Mix everything.
STEP 5

Sift the flour and baking powder through a sieve or using a special mug. This will saturate it with oxygen and make the baked goods more airy. Pour the flour into the bowl in parts. The dough should not be very dense, but not liquid either. A little thicker than pancakes. You may need a little less or more flour than indicated.
STEP 6

Mix everything. It is convenient to do this with a whisk.
STEP 7

Pour the dough into a mold greased with vegetable oil and sprinkled with flour. Bake the cake at 180 degrees for about 50 minutes. The times are approximate, be guided by the operating characteristics of your oven.
STEP 8

Be sure to check the readiness of the cake with a long dry splinter; if it comes out of the dough dry, then the baking is ready. Let the cake cool in the pan.
STEP 9

This is the cupcake we got in a silicone mold. You can decorate it as you wish, for example, simply sprinkle it with powdered sugar.

But I made the icing. To do this, I heated the cream, added drops of chocolate and mixed everything well. Let it cool and pour on top.
