  1. STEP 1

    STEP 1

How to bake a lush cupcake with kefir in the oven? Take all the necessary ingredients. Immediately turn on the oven to preheat at 180 degrees.

  2. STEP 2

    STEP 2

Beat the eggs into a deep bowl. Add sugar, vanilla sugar and beat the mixture until white using a mixer. Before using, wash eggs with baking soda under running water, as there may be harmful bacteria on their surface.

  3. STEP 3

    STEP 3

Pour vegetable oil into a bowl.

  4. STEP 4

    STEP 4

Next, pour in kefir. Mix everything.

  5. STEP 5

    STEP 5

Sift the flour and baking powder through a sieve or using a special mug. This will saturate it with oxygen and make the baked goods more airy. Pour the flour into the bowl in parts. The dough should not be very dense, but not liquid either. A little thicker than pancakes. You may need a little less or more flour than indicated.

  6. STEP 6

    STEP 6

Mix everything. It is convenient to do this with a whisk.

  7. STEP 7

    STEP 7

Pour the dough into a mold greased with vegetable oil and sprinkled with flour. Bake the cake at 180 degrees for about 50 minutes. The times are approximate, be guided by the operating characteristics of your oven.

  8. STEP 8

    STEP 8

Be sure to check the readiness of the cake with a long dry splinter; if it comes out of the dough dry, then the baking is ready. Let the cake cool in the pan.

  9. STEP 9

    STEP 9

This is the cupcake we got in a silicone mold. You can decorate it as you wish, for example, simply sprinkle it with powdered sugar.

  10. STEP 10

    STEP 10

But I made the icing. To do this, I heated the cream, added drops of chocolate and mixed everything well. Let it cool and pour on top.

  11. STEP 11

    STEP 11

This is how it turned out

  12. STEP 12

    STEP 12

Cut the tender, fluffy cake into portions and serve it with hot, aromatic coffee, tea or cocoa. Bon appetit!

Natalia inspired me to bake a cupcake with kefir according to this recipe, for which I thank her very much, and, of course, many thanks to the author of the recipe. I’ve never baked such a large cake before; I always limited the recipe to one glass of kefir. And then it turned out that I had a little more kefir. So the calculator came in handy to recalculate the amount of ingredients available. I read all the reviews, there are also negative ones. To be honest, I prepared it with apprehension. I slightly adapted the amount of vegetable oil to my taste and experience, took almost half as much, added cinnamon, the calculator suggested 3.6 eggs for my amount of food, I did not round up to 4, I left three pieces. I didn’t plan to decorate it with anything, because I didn’t know whether it would work out or not. Next time I’ll definitely make it with chocolate icing or orange frosting. To summarize, I’ll say that my cake was baked in the oven with 3 cups of flour for exactly 30 minutes at a temperature of 180 degrees, it turned out very high, 8 centimeters, almost up to the sides of the pan. It baked perfectly, didn’t sag, the structure was fluffy, porous, soft, airy. I think that the hostesses who wrote negative reviews did something wrong. The recipe is very simple, made from available ingredients, and very tasty. Just the thing for company for tea drinking. To paraphrase the unforgettable Mikhail Afanasyevich, I will say: “Don’t read negative reviews during lunch!” Cook with pleasure! Great fluffy cupcake!

The cupcake turned out great, fluffy - just right! It rose very well and looks great too. I also added walnuts to the dough. I haven’t really tried it yet, but I feel and understand that it will be very tasty! Thank you very much for this baking recipe!!!

I was looking for a recipe for a large super fluffy kefir cupcake for tea and found this one, I was interested in a large number of reviews. I decided to check what I could do. Most importantly, it is really big, which is important for a friendly tea party. Instead of kefir, I have stagnant yogurt made from homemade cow's milk in my refrigerator. I did everything according to the instructions, only I added 20 g of baking powder. My mold is large, detachable and round. I thought that the cake would not turn out high, but no, it rose well, even the top was cracked. The cupcake turned out big, tall, there was enough for everyone) Inside it is moist, but not gummy, but porous and airy. Very lush! Despite the fact that the dough contains no flavoring additives other than vanilla sugar, the cake is very tasty and juicy. At first I didn’t want to decorate it with anything, but then I filled it with chocolate glaze, albeit according to a different recipe) A very successful recipe, I will bake it again!
