I liked the recipe, I love baking with cherries. Deviation from the recipe: based on personal experience and using the advice in the recipe, I did not defrost the cherries and add sugar to them, I simply mixed the frozen ones with starch and immediately put them in the dough. My mold is glass, so I put it in a cold oven. The pie turned out very tasty. The cherries added a pleasant sourness to the sweet dough. The dough is soft and tender. I am happy to recommend preparing this simple and incredibly tasty pie using this recipe.
