Finely chop and shred one kilogram of white cabbage.

Place the shredded cabbage in a dry frying pan on the stove and add salt to taste.

Stirring occasionally, simmer the cabbage in a frying pan, covering it with a lid, for about seven minutes at a high stove temperature, then pour one hundred and fifty milliliters of cream or milk into the frying pan.

Cover the pan with a lid and continue to simmer the cabbage for seven minutes, remembering to stir occasionally.
