STEP 1
How to cook delicious cutlets from white cabbage with spices and herbs for weight loss, which are sure to please many? First of all, we prepare the necessary products and spices for preparing dietary cabbage cutlets with semolina.
STEP 2
Finely chop and shred one kilogram of white cabbage.
STEP 3
Place the shredded cabbage in a dry frying pan on the stove and add salt to taste.

Stirring occasionally, simmer the cabbage in a frying pan, covering it with a lid, for about seven minutes at a high stove temperature, then pour one hundred and fifty milliliters of cream or milk into the frying pan.

Place one tablespoon of butter in the pan and mix all the ingredients well.

Cover the pan with a lid and continue to simmer the cabbage for seven minutes, remembering to stir occasionally.

Add one third teaspoon nutmeg, one third teaspoon red and black pepper mixture, one third teaspoon coriander and half teaspoon paprika to the pan with the cabbage.

Add three cloves of garlic, passed through a press, into the frying pan and mix all the ingredients well, then transfer the stewed cabbage from the frying pan into a large bowl and cool.

Finely chop the parsley, dill, and green onions to taste and place the chopped greens in a bowl with the cabbage.

Finely chop one boiled chicken egg and place it in a common bowl.

Pour one hundred and ten grams of semolina into a common bowl.

Break and add one chicken egg to a bowl.

Mix all the ingredients well and set the bowl aside for the semolina to swell for twenty to thirty minutes.

After a while, mix all the ingredients in a bowl together and form cutlets.

Roll the formed cutlets in breadcrumbs and give them the desired shape.

Place the formed cutlets in a heated frying pan with two tablespoons of vegetable oil added to it and fry them until golden brown on one side.

Turn the cutlets over in the pan, then cover it with a lid and fry the cutlets for three to four minutes until fully cooked.
