STEP 1
How to make pizza on bread in a frying pan? Prepare your food. Take any white bread - loaf, loaf, toast. Leftovers from yesterday will work well. Use the filling according to your taste and availability. I have sliced sausage, tomatoes, olives.
STEP 2
Cut the bread into medium pieces. Make some small - they will fill the gaps.
STEP 3
Beat the eggs into a bowl, salt them, add sour cream and flour. Mix everything well with a fork or whisk until completely homogeneous.
STEP 4
Heat a frying pan over low heat, grease it with a small amount of vegetable oil. Place the pieces of bread in the pan, making sure they are in one layer.
STEP 5
Pour the egg mixture over the bread and press the pieces with a spoon so that they absorb as much liquid as possible and turn into something like a pancake. Cover the pan with a lid and turn the heat to low.
STEP 6
While the base is preparing, prepare the filling. Grate the cheese on a coarse grater.
STEP 7
Cut the tomato into rings.

Olives - in rings.
STEP 9
Fry the base for a few minutes, then turn over to the other side. Lubricate it with tomato sauce.
STEP 10
Sprinkle the base generously with grated cheese. Place pieces of sausage, tomato and olives on top.
STEP 11
Cover the pan with a lid and cook the pizza for a few minutes until the cheese melts.
STEP 12
Serve the pizza by cutting it into pieces. Bon appetit!
