Very good recipe! I made pizza on bread in a frying pan for my husband to take to work. I cooked it in a small frying pan with a diameter of 15 cm. For the base, I used pieces of shoti lavash, one egg, a little 15% sour cream and flour (I used it by eye). The filling was made from half a small tomato, cheese and doctor's sausage. I didn't have any olives. The pizza turned out very tasty (I stole a small piece from my husband). A great option when you don’t want to bother with the dough, or you want pizza right now.
