Quick mini-pizza from pita bread in a frying pan

Step-by-step preparation
STEP 1
To prepare our mini-pizza, we select and lay out the necessary products from the refrigerator, buying pita bread at the nearest supermarket.
STEP 2
Peel and cut the bell pepper into small cubes and place it in a bowl.
STEP 3
Cut the ham into small cubes and add to the bowl with the pepper.
STEP 4
Add chopped boiled chicken egg with finely chopped herbs to the bowl and mix.
STEP 5
To prepare the sauce, thoroughly mix mayonnaise with ketchup. Turn on the stove over medium heat and heat the frying pan with vegetable oil added to it.
STEP 6
Spread a thin even layer of sauce over the pita bread.
STEP 7
Evenly distribute the filling on the pita bread and carefully roll it into a tight roll, which in turn is cut into portions.
STEP 8
Place portioned rolls on a preheated frying pan and fry each side. Sprinkle the rolls generously with grated cheese after frying and turn off the stove and close the lid.
STEP 9
