STEP 1

STEP 2

Pour ketchup and mayonnaise into the middle of each strip. Each strip will use about one and a half teaspoons of both sauces. You can do without mayonnaise, then the calorie content of the dish will be greatly reduced. But without ketchup, in my opinion, it would be very sad.
STEP 4
Distribute ketchup and mayonnaise over the entire workpiece, simultaneously mixing them with a teaspoon, not reaching one of the short edges by about one and a half centimeters. This is necessary so that when twisting the resulting delicious Ketchunez sauce does not leak out and does not burn during frying. Sprinkle the workpiece with grated cheese on top.
STEP 5
Wrap the sausage in pita bread, starting along the short edge.
STEP 6
Heat a non-stick frying pan with low sides over high heat. Pour in sunflower oil and heat it thoroughly. After this, you can lay out the sausages for frying. Fry for about two minutes on each side.
STEP 7
