STEP 1

How to make stewed potatoes with sausages in a frying pan? Prepare the necessary ingredients for this. The number of sausages and potatoes can be slightly changed in one direction or another. Focus on your taste. Remove the packaging film from the sausages.
STEP 2

Peel vegetables - onions, carrots and potatoes - and rinse in running water to remove dirt.
STEP 3

Cut the potatoes into large pieces. Finely chop the onion and grate the carrots on a coarse grater.
STEP 4

To stew, take a comfortable, deep frying pan. Heat it until hot and pour in a little vegetable oil. Add chopped onions and carrots. Fry the vegetables for 2-3 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Cut the sausages into pieces and add to the pan. Fry the vegetables along with the sausages for 1-2 minutes.
STEP 6

Then add the chopped potatoes and add hot water. If you like the dish to be more liquid, you can add more water. Add a little salt and spices to taste. Stir all ingredients together and bring to a boil. Cover the pan with a lid and leave to simmer over low heat for 25 minutes.
STEP 7

During cooking the potatoes will become soft. In a stew, I even like it to soften a little. This makes the sauce thicker.
