STEP 1

How to fry chanterelles with potatoes and onions in a frying pan? To prepare this dish we will use fresh mushrooms, just picked in the forest. Peel the fresh chanterelles and rinse well in running water. Then add water, bring to a boil and boil for about 15 minutes. During the cooking process, remove the foam from the mushrooms. Then drain in a colander and rinse again under the tap. Let all the water drain out.

Peel and rinse the onion. Chop it finely.
STEP 3

Add boiled chanterelles to the pan with the onions. Continue frying everything together for 5 minutes.
