How to fry porcini mushrooms in a frying pan? Prepare the ingredients according to the list: fresh porcini mushrooms, onions, salt, vegetable oil and ground black pepper. You can use any spices to suit your taste.
STEP 2
We collect porcini mushrooms or buy them. You can also take the mushrooms frozen, then you must first defrost them and let the liquid drain, throwing them on a sieve. Then start cooking (read the instructions on the package, if the mushrooms are boiled and frozen, then after the liquid has drained, you can start frying).
STEP 3
Clean the mushrooms from forest debris and rinse well. If you come across specimens with a wormy stem, it must be cut off.
STEP 4
Then chop the peeled mushrooms coarsely; small mushrooms can be left whole or simply cut in half.

STEP 9
Peel the onions and rinse. Cut into small cubes or half rings.
STEP 10
Add onions to mushrooms. Continue frying everything together until the onion is soft and transparent (this is approximately 5-7 minutes). Select the heating time and strength to suit your technique: mushrooms and onions should be gradually fried. but don't burn.
