Fried mushrooms
Some varieties (lamella) should be soaked in cold water before frying and then boiled until half cooked. Fried mushroom recipes are easy to follow. The champignons are selected fresh and limp, washed and cut into random pieces. High-quality oyster mushrooms should have no yellow spots on the caps and have an even gray-blue tint. The main advantage of mushrooms grown in artificially created conditions is their year-round availability and low price.

The nutritional composition and pronounced original taste do not allow the plant product to be confused with anything else. Fry mushrooms in vegetable oil over medium heat in a thick frying pan.
