STEP 1
How to make French meat with potatoes in a frying pan? Prepare the necessary ingredients for this. Choose boneless pork. Rinse the champignons in running water to remove contaminants.

Peel the onion, rinse in cold water and finely chop. Also cut the champignons into slices. Heat a frying pan until hot, pour in a little vegetable oil and add chopped onions and champignons. Fry everything together for 2-3 minutes.

Peel the potatoes, rinse and cut into slices or a little smaller. Place the chopped potatoes in the pan with the champignons and cook everything together, covered, for about 10 minutes. The potatoes should be almost ready. Salt everything a little.

Cut the pork meat into portions, 1-1.5 cm thick. Lightly beat each piece with a kitchen hammer.
STEP 5
For frying, take a large frying pan. Place pork pieces into hot oil and fry them well on one side. Sprinkle a little salt and spices. Then turn the meat over and reduce the heat. Place fried mushrooms and potatoes on each piece of meat.
STEP 6
Add a little mayonnaise and arrange the chopped tomato slices.
STEP 7
Sprinkle grated cheese on top. Cover the speedo with a lid and cook over low heat for 15-20 minutes. During this time, the meat will have time to fully cook and the cheese will melt.

French meat and potatoes are ready! Place it on plates and serve!
