I decided to make meat in French. I usually cook with tomatoes, but I found a recipe with pineapples on my favorite website. It’s very original to add pineapples to a dish. I bought a jar of canned pineapple rings. I took fresh pork loin on the bone and cut it into portions. Lightly pounded the meat and sprinkled with spices. I laid the cheese in layers, as I recently saw in one program, by the way, it turned out very well and didn’t have to be grated) I didn’t use olives in the dish for my own reasons. I baked it for 40 minutes in the oven at 180 C. I placed a bowl of water under the baking sheet with the meat to create a steam effect. It turned out to be the perfect dish. The meat is tender, juicy and soft. The onions were cooked well and the cheese was melted. In terms of spices, everything is harmonious. Pineapples go great with pork. The dish is gorgeous!
