French-style meat with pineapples in the oven

STEP 1

How to make French meat with pineapples in the oven? Prepare your food. If possible, take pork from soft and not very fatty parts - tenderloin, carb, ham. Olives optional. Any cheese is suitable - hard, semi-hard, soft, like mozzarella. The main thing is that it is tasty, of high quality, without milk fat substitutes and melts well.
STEP 2

Wash the pork and dry it well. Cut it into portions one centimeter thick. Beat each piece on both sides.
STEP 3

Line a baking tray or baking dish with baking paper or foil. Place prepared portioned pieces of pork on paper. Season with salt and pepper on each side.
STEP 4

Grease each piece with mayonnaise.
STEP 5

Peel the onion, cut into rings (or randomly) and place one ring on each piece of meat.
STEP 6

Place a pineapple ring on top of the onion, and put an olive in the empty center.
STEP 7

Sprinkle each piece evenly with grated cheese. Place the dish with the meat in an oven preheated to 180°C for 30-40 minutes. The top of the dish should be browned. The exact time will depend on the features of your oven.
STEP 8

Serve the finished French-style meat with pineapples hot. French fries, mashed potatoes or vegetables are suitable as a side dish. It will go well with dry white wine on the holiday table. Bon appetit!
