STEP 1
How to bake pork loin in foil in the oven? Prepare all the necessary ingredients. Take a pork loin with a wide fat layer, then the fat will melt when heated and the meat will absorb the melted fat and acquire a golden, appetizing crust. Use regular mustard; when baked, grain mustard will char the grains and the appearance of the dish will be poor!
STEP 2
Mix mustard, soy sauce, vegetable oil, salt and ground black pepper in a bowl or plate. If desired, you can add hot ground pepper, garlic powder and other favorite spices.
STEP 3
Rinse the loin in running water, remove films and veins, place in a deep container and fill with the prepared marinade. Carefully coat all the meat with marinade and leave for 1.5 hours. Turn the pork occasionally while marinating and lightly rub the marinade into the meat. If desired, the loin can even spend the night in the refrigerator in this marinade - then the meat will absorb all the aromas and tastes.
STEP 4

STEP 5
Seal the foil carefully and place in an oven preheated to 220C and bake for about 40 minutes. Then open the foil and bake for another 15-20 minutes until golden brown. Remember that it is very easy to dry out meat, so baste it with melted fat from time to time. Time and temperature are approximate, be guided by the operating characteristics of your oven. STEP 6
Remove the finished loin baked in foil in pieces from the oven and cool slightly. Before placing on a platter or plates, baste with fat.
STEP 7
Serve the juicy, golden-brown meat along with fresh salad greens, arugula, etc. Salads made from fresh or baked vegetables, side dishes from potatoes and cereals are especially tasty with meat. You can serve the baked loin with various berry sauces with a slight sourness: red currant, black currant, gooseberry, etc. Bon appetit!
