    How to bake pork steak in the oven? Prepare your food. It is better to use chilled pork; frozen meat can make steak tough. The juiciest steak will come from the neck; from the steak or ham it will come out drier. Rinse the meat and dry well with a paper towel.

    Cut the meat into steaks about two centimeters thick; steaks that are too thin will turn out dry. Prick the meat with a fork so that it is well saturated with the marinade, and leave on the table while the marinade is prepared.

    How to make a marinade? Pour olive oil and soy sauce into a bowl, add red and black ground pepper, salt to taste. Stir the mixture. If you wish, you can add some other seasoning for meat, garlic, herbs, mustard, but it is better not to overpower the natural taste of the meat.

    Rub the marinade over the pork steaks and leave to marinate for half an hour. Place them in a dish lined with foil so that the end of the foil can cover the meat on top. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees. Bake the meat under foil for about 30 minutes. The baking time depends on how well cooked you want the meat to be. Then remove the foil and let the steak brown on top. If a lot of juice has released from the meat, drain it from the pan.

    Turn the meat over and let the steak brown on the other side. Turn off the oven. Cover the top of the meat with foil again, but loosely, and leave it in the oven for 10 minutes to make it juicier. Then remove the steaks from the oven.

I bought pork steaks and found this recipe on my favorite website through a search engine, which is very convenient. I cooked pork steak in the oven using this recipe. The steaks were already cut about 1.5-2 cm thick. I pricked the pork steaks with a fork as recommended by the author. Thanks for the great idea! For the marinade I used sunflower oil and ground black pepper; I did not add red pepper for my own reasons. I also added seasoning for pork with coriander grains. I took more soy sauce, 50 ml for 500 g of pork, but did not add salt. The pork steaks were marinated perfectly, the meat even darkened from the soy sauce. As recommended by the author, I placed the steaks on foil so that the meat was covered with a piece of foil. Bake at 180 C for 40 minutes in the oven until fully cooked. Hot steaks served with vegetable salad for dinner for two. The pork steaks in the oven turned out very juicy and aromatic, soft and tasty. It turned out to be a very tasty and satisfying dinner.
