I have boiled porcini mushrooms, but you can use any other mushrooms, for example, champignons. There is no need to cook them. Can be used immediately for frying. Peel the potatoes in advance and rinse them in running water to remove dirt. Sour cream can be of any fat content.

    Peel the onion, rinse in cold water and finely chop.

    For frying, take a comfortable deep frying pan. Heat it until hot and pour in a little vegetable oil. Add finely chopped onion and fry it for a minute until transparent and a characteristic aroma appears.

We picked some mushrooms and decided to cook potatoes with mushrooms in a frying pan with sour cream. Wash the mushrooms and boil them in boiling water for 20 minutes. I let it cool and cut the large mushrooms and left the small ones whole. Peeled the potatoes and cut them into cubes, finely chopped the onion. Heated the oil in a frying pan, first fried the onions, then added the mushrooms and stirred. Next, added potatoes and fried until done. I crushed the sour cream with a little water, poured it into the frying pan and simmered it a little more. At the end I added chopped parsley. The aroma of mushrooms and the creamy taste of sour cream made the dish amazingly delicious! Thanks to Yulia M. for another delicious recipe! I recommend cooking it!
