I’m so used to variety that I’m tired of making ordinary soups like borscht))) I decided to update my culinary arsenal and make soup according to a new recipe. This recipe for soup with champignons and cheese was perfect!😍Only I had oyster mushrooms and I made the broth with homemade chicken. I liked that it😋 cooks quite quickly and turns out very filling, cheesy and tasty. Sooooo delicious, rich soup with a delicate cheese taste😍 just right in such a cold autumn! And my advice to you, take processed amber cheese in jars, it dissolves much better in the soup and you don’t need to grate or cut anything) Try it!

Fabulous!!!! I haven’t tried it yet, but I already feel that it will be delicious!!! My husband and I really love mushrooms, but since the child doesn’t eat, I don’t have time to bother with two dishes, but here it’s so easy. that you can quickly cook a little and treat yourself to mushroom soup!!!
