Stewed potatoes with mushrooms
You can stew potatoes with mushrooms in a deep saucepan or frying pan, in a slow cooker, in clay pots, or in a glass oven dish. Portionally and in a common bowl. With or without sauce. With a whole ensemble of additional ingredients from which you can assemble separate sets, turning what is well known to everyone into something new and not yet tried.
In addition to potatoes, mushrooms and onions, the recipe may include: tomatoes, cheese, rice, cabbage, carrots, peppers, zucchini, beans, peas, citrus fruits, sour cream, tomato paste, cream. You can determine the thickness of the dish yourself by adding liquid or adding toasted flour. That is, if the stewed potatoes with mushrooms turned out to be too liquid, mix the sauce with flour, wheat, corn, rice, oatmeal - your choice. And if it's too thick, just add water.
All mushrooms are suitable without exception (edible). Some will have to be boiled before stewing to protect yourself and your family. They can be cut into smaller pieces or added whole without cutting. In addition to fresh, you can safely use frozen, dry, pickled, salted.
