STEP 1

We prepare the necessary products and spices for preparing delicious potato zrazas with filling.
STEP 2

Peel one kilogram of potatoes and place them in a pan of boiling water, then add salt to taste and boil them until tender.
STEP 3

Pour one or two tablespoons of vegetable oil into the frying pan, then put three hundred grams of homemade minced meat into it.
STEP 4

Fry the minced meat in a frying pan over high heat on the stove for about ten minutes.
STEP 5

Finely chop one or two heads of onion, then put it in a frying pan with the minced meat and stir-fry until transparent.
STEP 6

Cut two hundred and fifty grams of mushrooms into not very small pieces to suit your taste.

Place the chopped mushrooms in a common frying pan and stir.

Add salt and pepper mixture to the pan to taste and stir fry for about seven minutes.

After mixing all the ingredients, reduce the heat on the stove to minimum, then cover the pan with a lid and continue cooking the filling for about four more minutes.

Transfer the prepared filling from the frying pan to a bowl and cool.

Thoroughly mash the boiled potatoes in the pan with a masher and leave to cool slightly.

Add two tablespoons of vegetable oil to the pan with warm potatoes.

Break and add one chicken egg to the pan.

Pour a mixture of black and red peppers and nutmeg into a common saucepan to taste.

Mix all the ingredients in the pan thoroughly.

Sift about one hundred and seventy grams of flour into a pan with potatoes in two steps.

Mix all the ingredients in the pan well together.

After wetting your hands in water, take the required amount of crushed potatoes into your palm and form it into a flat cake of the required size.

Place finely chopped parsley, dill, cilantro in a bowl with sour cream and add salt to taste.
