STEP 1
How to make lean potato zrazy with mushrooms? Prepare the necessary products. Take odorless vegetable oil.

Boil pre-washed and peeled potatoes in salted water until tender.

Drain the water. Using a potato masher, crush the boiled potatoes into a homogeneous mass without lumps. Cool the mashed potatoes.

Champignons are good for filling. If you use wild mushrooms, you must first boil them in salted water. Wash the champignons and dry them. Cut the mushrooms into small cubes.

Also cut the pre-peeled onions into small cubes.

Fry the onions in a frying pan for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Place the prepared champignons in the pan with the onions. Fry the mushrooms, stirring, until cooked. Salt the mushrooms halfway through cooking.

Add flour and 2 tbsp to the cooled potato mixture. vegetable oil. Mix well. Leave the potato mixture for 10 minutes. During this time, the flour will swell and the mass will become more viscous.

It was convenient for me to form the zrazy using cling film. Place a portion of potato dough in the form of a flat cake and smooth it out.

Using cling film, lift and press the edges of the cake together, as if forming a pie.

Place breadcrumbs on a small rimmed plate. Roll each one at a time on all sides in breadcrumbs.

Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan. Place the prepared zrazy on the frying pan. Fry the zrazy over medium heat until golden brown.

Then turn the zrazy over to the other side and fry until done.
STEP 15
