The recipe is simply priceless for mushroom lovers. It happens that there are mushrooms, but you can’t think of what dish to prepare. And this is food for gourmets. I would also add some spicy sauce when serving.

I often make the same dish, but with meat inside. Only I add a little more flour to the puree, then it’s easier to form the cutlets. It didn’t even occur to me to do it with mushrooms. Now I won’t rest until I prepare these zrazy)))

Lunch!!! There is only one drawback - my family eats them in no time! Here the girls write about sauces, but in my opinion, sour cream is what you need, since the creamy taste is the most suitable for both mushrooms and potatoes! But this is not for everybody, everyone has their own preferences.

A good recipe for Lent. During Lent, I also want to feed my family hearty, tasty food and have a varied menu. I sometimes add stewed cabbage to zrazy as a filling, instead of mushrooms
