    Peel the potatoes, pre-washed in water with a brush. Cut each tuber into 2-4 parts depending on its size. Boil water in a suitable sized saucepan, add the prepared potatoes, and bring to a boil. Salt the potatoes and cook over moderate heat until tender. It is important not to overcook the potatoes. Otherwise, it will lose some of the starch and absorb water. Then the potato dough will be more wet and making zrazy will not be very convenient.

    While the potatoes are cooking, prepare the filling. Peel and wash the onions. Cut the onion into small cubes.

    In a frying pan with vegetable oil, fry the onion, stirring occasionally, until soft. Make the heat moderate so that the onion does not burn.

After making the spring rolls, I had some leftover mince. And I thought about how to cook something so delicious. My favorite website came to the rescue, I found a recipe: potato zrazy with minced meat in the oven. Peeled the potatoes and boiled them until tender. Drained the water and mashed the potatoes until puree. Add egg and flour to the warm puree and mix. From the resulting dough I formed cutlets with minced meat inside. I laid out the zrazy on a baking sheet. I brushed it with beaten yolk and baked it in the oven at 180° for 30 minutes. The recipe is excellent, I recommend trying it.
