STEP 1

Before you start cooking, you need to prepare the ingredients. Cut the rabbit, peeled potatoes and mushrooms into large pieces. Large pieces are suitable for cooking in a cauldron.
STEP 2

We serve 200 grams in a cauldron. sunflower oil and heat it on maximum heat to high temperatures. Then we feed the rabbit into the cauldron, first large pieces, then smaller ones. Fry the rabbit until golden brown, then add mushrooms and onions, pepper and salt, fry everything until golden brown.
STEP 3

Before serving the cream, switch the oven to extinguishing mode, reducing the heat. Pour in the cream and add a couple of sprigs of rosemary. If you put cream in boiling water, it will curdle. Mix everything and leave to simmer for 15-20 minutes.
STEP 4
