Tasty, healthy and easy to prepare! My family really loves stewed potatoes. I always make this dish differently. This time I tried stewed potatoes with lungs and mushrooms. The taste was amazing.

Step-by-step preparation
Cooking time: 2 hr
STEP 1
Fry carrots and onions in vegetable oil. Cut the onion into cubes and grate the carrots on a coarse grater.
STEP 2
We put mushrooms, I had boiled white mushrooms in the freezer along with red ones.
STEP 3
Cutting the potatoes
STEP 4
Add the light, pre-cooked stuff.
STEP 5
Fill everything with water, add salt, pepper, spices, bay leaf
STEP 6
Add herbs to taste, I used dill and parsley. Close the multicooker and set for 1.5 hours.
