I was looking on my favorite website for what I could cook for lunch for the whole family. I liked the recipe for “buckwheat soup in a slow cooker.” I decided to cook, having all the ingredients. I just cooked the soup using chicken broth that had already been cooked in advance. I did it very quickly. I fried the vegetables as the author describes. Added potatoes and buckwheat. I poured chicken broth, put bay leaf and salt, I didn’t put pepper, since the child would eat it too. I cooked the soup in the slow cooker in the “soup” mode for 30 minutes. I have a Redmond multicooker. At the end I added chopped dill, as the author advises. And you're done! The result is a magnificent, aromatic and very tasty soup. We ate everything with great pleasure. It is very light and filling. An excellent option for a child if he does not eat buckwheat porridge. And in soup with buckwheat, all the beneficial substances enter the body) Thanks to the author!
