    STEP 1

    Required Ingredients

  2. STEP 2

    STEP 2

Wash chicken thighs, dry and salt

  3. STEP 3

    STEP 3

    Let's pepper

  4. STEP 4

    STEP 4

Add any spices to taste, I really like how dried garlic and paprika go with chicken

  5. STEP 5

    STEP 5

Mix well and set aside for a while

  6. STEP 6

    STEP 6

    Cut potatoes into large slices

  7. STEP 7

    STEP 7

Pour 1 tablespoon into the bottom of the multicooker. l. vegetable oil

  8. STEP 8

    STEP 8

Place the thighs skin side down

  9. STEP 9

    STEP 9

Place garlic slices on the thighs. Someone will say, “Why both dried and fresh garlic?” Well, firstly, garlic in any form goes well with chicken and potatoes, and secondly, fresh garlic will burn when fried, but dried garlic will not. Therefore, in this case I used dried garlic for the chicken, and more fresh garlic for the potatoes)

  10. STEP 10

    STEP 10

    Place potatoes on top

  11. STEP 11

    STEP 11

    Solim

  12. STEP 12

    STEP 12

    Let's pepper

  13. STEP 13

    STEP 13

Set the "Baking" mode for 50 minutes

  14. STEP 14

    STEP 14

15 minutes before cooking, open the lid of the multicooker.

  15. STEP 15

    STEP 15

Carefully turn the thighs over, being careful to leave the potatoes on top. To be honest, I did everything according to the recipe, but it seemed to me that this step was unnecessary, because at this stage the potatoes are almost ready and break easily. If you don't mix it, it will turn out more aesthetically pleasing. Personally, I’ll do that next time, and you decide for yourself)

  16. STEP 16

    STEP 16

That's it - our dinner is ready!

  17. STEP 17

    STEP 17

    Bon appetit!

I cooked chicken thighs in a slow cooker with potatoes. I used chicken legs, dividing them into thighs and drumsticks. Taking into account the author's explanation about turning the thighs over, I first fried them in a frying pan on one side and placed them in the slow cooker, fried side up. I mixed the oil from the frying pan (from frying) with hot water (about 100 ml) and also added it to the slow cooker. I didn’t have dried garlic, I limited myself to fresh garlic. Cooked in baking mode at 150 degrees for 45 minutes. It turned out to be a very tasty dish! The meat is wonderful, juicy, aromatic, the potatoes retained their shape, but at the same time became soft and tender. A minimum of hassle - and the result is excellent! Thanks for the recipe, nasstin!
