Since childhood, the kitchen has been a magical place for me, where the aromas of spices mixed with the whispers of my grandmother's recipes. We cooked together as a family, telling each other stories at the table. Each dish is not just food, but a feeling of warmth and comfort. Traveling around the world, I was inspired by a variety of cuisines: from the bold oriental flavors to the classic Italian simplicity. My goal is to show that cooking is accessible to everyone. I believe that everyone can create a cozy holiday on their table if they just experiment a little with simple ingredients.
I graduated from the faculty of Culinary Science at Université Laval.
