Ira, I think any sauce will do, even the simplest one, maybe onion or tomato, I also like mustard with egg yolk. I also love potatoes, and I liked these even more, thanks to Sasha!

The “Idaho” potatoes turned out to be the coolest, so fragrant like spring, although there was still snow outside the window, and the children devoured them with pleasure, very very tasty, and when there are young potatoes, you can probably make them in their skins and entirely

And they're called Idaho potatoes - because Idaho is the state where they grow a lot of potatoes.
