    Chop the chocolate into crumbs with a sharp knife. To make this easier, you can first place the chocolate in the freezer for 15 minutes. In a solid state, it crumbles better. Choose the degree of grinding as desired; you can make the crumbs finer or coarser.

    Grind the softened butter with sugar. In this case, you can use a regular fork or whisk.

    Wash the egg and dry with napkins. Add the egg to the sugar-butter mixture. Beat everything until smooth so that the egg is evenly distributed throughout the entire volume of the mass.

    Pre-mix the flour with salt, baking powder and vanillin and sift into the dough. Thanks to sifting the flour, the cookies will rise better when baking. Keep in mind that you may need more or less flour, so focus on the consistency of the dough.     Knead the dough quickly. It turns out homogeneous, elastic, oily. Do not knead the dough for a long time so that the cookies do not turn out tight.

    Spoon the dough onto a parchment-lined sheet, giving the cookies a round shape. I used a baking dish with a diameter of 6 cm. Bake the cookies in an oven preheated to 190 degrees for about 20 minutes. Determine the exact baking time and temperature based on your oven.

    The cookies should not brown too much, other than a little browning on the edges. If you keep the cookies in the oven for a long time, they may dry out, so do not wait until they are completely golden brown. Remove the finished cookies from the oven, cool and serve. Bon appetit!

I'm back with a review, now with cookies for the original recipe. The cookies, as always, are very tasty and easy to prepare. I also like to make the dough in the evening, cover with film and put in the refrigerator. And in the morning, form the cookies and in 20 minutes warm and fresh cookies are ready for morning tea.

I can confidently say that these are the best cookies I have ever tried/cooked. They are easy to prepare, and the aroma is so amazing that words cannot describe them! The only thing is that 20 minutes was too much for my oven; 17 would have been enough, so it’s better to monitor the cooking in the last minutes. Tomorrow I’ll make these cookies again, but I’ll try them with the addition of nuts.))) Thank you for the recipe
